This Temporary visa can be submitted to sponsor foreign workers to work in specific occupations listed on the Skilled Occupation List (max 4 years depending on the occupation and length of the contract)

To sponsor worker, the Australian organisation must apply for Sponsorship approval, followed by nominating the candidate after efforts to find local worker is exhausted.

To be sponsored, visa applicant must have relevant skil and have minimum 2years’ experience ni the required skill level.

This visa lets foreign workers, who are nominated by Australian organisation, to live and work in Australia permanently.

The Australian organisation and the nominee must meet certain criteria and eligibilities, depending on designated streams such as Direct Entry; Labour Agreement or Temporary Resident Transition streams.

This Temporary visa is for people who want to travel to Australia to do short-term (max 6 months) in highly specialised and non-ongoing work.

The visa applicant must be invited or supported by Australian organisation where the work to be done or to participate in work related activities.

The organisation must prove those skill shortage in Australia.

This Temporary Visa is for people who want to travel to Australia to undergo occupational training or professional development in Australia (max 2years).

The visa applicant must be offered training program (contract) by Australian organisation to undertake occupation training in Australia with the intention to enhance their skills in their occupation; to meet occupational registration or licensing requirements or to capacity building (staff training or work placement).

This Temporary Visa consists of various streams: participate in government endorsed events: special approved program (community ,youth exchange, language or cultural); religious worker; research activities; invited to community/sport events; Sporting events; entertainment activities; exchange program and super yacht crew streams (length of the visa depend between 3 months to 4 years depending on the stream)

The visa applicant must be supported or invited by Australian organisation to undertake designated activities according to the chosen stream.

This Temporary Visa can be submitted to sponsor foreign workers to work in specific occupations listed on the Skilled Occupation List (5 years visa)

To sponsor worker, the Australian organisation must be located in regional area and must obtain for Sponsorship approval, followed by nominating the candidate after efforts to find local worker is exhausted.

To be sponsored, visa applicant must have positive skill assessment by relevant bodies and have minimum 3 years experience in the required skill level.

Upon living and working under 494 visa program in regional area for minimum 3 years, the visa holder entitle to apply for Permanent Visa subclass 191.
